SMS Terms of Service

This SMS/text messaging program (the “Service”) is operated by KAIJU GEAR. By checking the SMS consent box and providing your phone number, you agree to receive recurring text messages from KAIJU GEAR at that number. We may modify or cancel the Service, or these terms, at any time; continued use after a change means you accept it.

Checking the box means you agree to receive text messages about your preorder — for example, letting you know the moment it’s ready to order. Consent is not a condition of any purchase, and this program is entirely voluntary. You do not have to check the box to preorder, join the waitlist by email only, or buy anything from us.

Message frequency varies depending on preorder and stock status. We don’t charge for the Service, but message and data rates from your wireless carrier may apply. Check your mobile plan for details.

Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time to cancel. You’ll get a one-time confirmation that you’ve been unsubscribed, and we won’t send you further messages unless you sign up again.

Wireless carriers aren’t liable for delayed or undelivered messages. You’re responsible for providing an accurate, currently-active phone number — if your number changes, you’ll need to sign up again with the new one.
