Terms of Service

These terms govern your purchase from KAIJU GEAR, operated by Yassir Soukaki as a sole proprietorship. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason, at any time. We may cancel, limit, or decline any order — including orders that appear fraudulent, use a stolen or disputed payment method, or come from an account or address with a history of chargebacks or abuse. If we cancel an order after you’ve been charged, you’ll be refunded in full.

We sell first-run, small-batch combat gear. Prices are listed in USD and may change without notice; the price shown at checkout is what you’ll be charged. Product availability is limited to what’s in stock for the current run.

Occasionally a price, description, or availability listed on the site may be wrong due to a typo or technical error. If that happens, we’ll contact you before charging or shipping anything — you can accept the corrected price or cancel for a full refund. We’re not obligated to honor an incorrect price, even for an order already placed.

Payment is processed securely by Stripe at the time of purchase. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once payment succeeds. We reserve the right to cancel and refund an order if we’re unable to fulfill it (e.g. the item sold out before your order was processed).

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. Standard shipping is free. We ship as fast as quality control allows — every pair is checked by hand before it’s boxed, and that comes before the clock. Risk of loss passes to you once the order is handed to the carrier.

Unworn pairs in original packaging can be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund. Worn pairs are final sale for hygiene reasons. To start a return, email hello@kaijugear.com.

Beyond the return window above, we stand behind the build. If a pair develops a genuine defect in materials or workmanship — stitching failure, padding breakdown, or similar — under normal training use within 90 days of delivery, email us and we’ll repair or replace it at no cost. This doesn’t cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or damage from anything other than typical training use.

Creating an account is optional but lets you track order history. You’re responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for activity that happens under your account.

In addition to anything else in these terms, you agree not to use the site to:

• Break any applicable law
• Infringe our intellectual property or anyone else’s
• Harass, threaten, or discriminate against anyone
• Submit false or misleading information
• Upload viruses or other malicious code
• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the site without permission
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems

We can suspend or terminate your access for violating any of this.

All site content — including the KAIJU GEAR name, logo, product photography, and copy — belongs to us and may not be used without permission.

The site and its content are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We don’t guarantee the site will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

KAIJU GEAR is provided “as is.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, we aren’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products purchased through it, beyond the amount you paid for the order in question.

You agree to cover us — including defense costs and reasonable attorneys’ fees — for any claim a third party brings against us arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your violation of any law or anyone else’s rights.

If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, that part will be limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary, and the rest of these terms will remain in full effect.

These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, make up the entire agreement between you and us about your use of the site, and replace any earlier agreements or understandings on the same subject.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, without regard to conflict of law principles.

We may update these terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
